We run our classes in Revesby, Eastwood and Westmead.

There are classes for all ages starting from eight years to over 80 years young.

We welcome beginners and ensure they receive personalised attention and instructions during the class.

Our instructors are all certified with at a minimum Black Belt Level 1 and have a working with children accreditation.

Our mission is to teach and inspire you with the knowledge and skills of martial arts as well as giving you greater confidence, improved fitness and lowering your stress levels.
