Taikudo Karate was developed in Japan by the grand master, Hideo Kosone who had studied and practiced different martial arts, such as judo, karate, Taido, jujitsu, kendo and weaponry.
He incorporated excellent aspects of each martial art and created Taikudo karate to suit the needs of our modern society.
Taikudo karate is an effective, contemporary martial art that maintains the spirit and tradition of ancient Japanese martial arts.
By using your entire body through fighting techniques and movements such as punching, kicking and blocking, this course provides an excellent form of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. You will develop greater concentration, reflexes, agility, flexibility, body coordination and balance.
